for digital SSL/TLS certificate products sold by ELITE SOFTWARE SOLUTION (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED.

1) Nature of Products

All products sold are digital SSL/TLS certificates issued by third-party
Certificate Authorities after successful validation. Once issued, certificates are activated
and cannot be reused or resold.

2) Refund Eligibility

  • Before certificate issuance:
    A refund may be requested if the SSL certificate has not yet been issued and the request
    is made within a reasonable time after purchase.
  • After certificate issuance:
    Once an SSL certificate has been issued or activated, it is generally non-refundable
    due to the irreversible nature of digital certificate issuance.

3) Validation Issues

If a certificate cannot be issued due to incorrect information, failure to complete validation,
or non-responsiveness, refunds are not guaranteed. In such cases, we may offer assistance,
reissuance, or an alternative solution where permitted by the Certificate Authority.

4) Payment Processing & Merchant of Record

Payments for our products are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the
Merchant of Record. Any approved refunds are processed by Paddle in accordance
with this Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
